Apartments and Condominiums
1 Bedroom . . . $495 - $725
2 Bedroom . . . $595 - $1,000
3 Bedroom . . . $695 and up
Length of lease term is usually a minimum of six months.
Security deposits are required and vary from approximately $100 for 1 bedroom to $150 or more for 2 and 3 bedrooms. Additionally, most apartments allow small pets with an additional deposit of $200 - $250.
Higher priced units generally include microwave, washer and dryer, fireplaces and garages.
Houses and Duplexes
2 Bedroom, 1 or 2 Bath . . .
Average $550 - $850
3 or 4 Bedroom, 2 or 3 Bath . . .
Average $650 - $2,500
Length of lease term is usually a minimum of twelve months.
Security deposits are required and are normally equal to a full month's rent. Pet deposits range from $200 - $350.
